They will verify your eligibility and set up the trip. When you call them, don’t forget to request Tiny Traveler as your preferred transportation provider!
Simply call the transportation number on your Medicaid card, provide your daily schedule, and request Tiny Traveler as your provider. Once they authorize it, we’ll handle the rest!
